We will celebrate Holy Communion led by Fr. Jim Bradley at 9:30 a.m.
WELCOME TO TRINITY
We extend a warm welcome to you and your family to the community. Trinity Episcopal Church extends an invitation to you to join us in worship at the lovely historic Episcopal Church in Milton ( a section of Litchfield) whose history dates back to 1802. We continue to worship Almighty God sustained by the generosity of those who came before us. We would like to share the key attributes that our church has to offer.
Fr. James Bradley is our priest who leads a meaningful Sunday morning service at 9:30 a.m. He is a native of West Virginia and has been a priest since 1975. He is a graduate of Harvard Divinity School and Virginia Theological Seminary.
Following the worship service a coffe and social hour with delicious refreshments is hosted by church members. Trinity Church is very active in Community Outreach by supplying food to the food pantry at FISH, hygiene products and clothing to the needy. Church volunteers work at the Torrington Soup Kitchen on a regular basis.
Music on the piano and our historic (1823) organ is provided by Grammy award nominee Michael Ford. Michael also plays Prelude and Postlude selections that range from classical to contemporary pieces. Trinity Church hosts free musical concerts throughout the year for the community. Jazz, Folk, Classical and band concerts have been featured. We are inheritors of an old and beautiful church and we seek to be good stewards of all that God has given us. We welcome all persons no matter your current or past affliations. We hope that you will join us in worship. For more information, please contact our wardens:
